Welcome to AB-SOLUTE-FUSION® WORKOUT

THE COMPLETE SYNTHESIS OF DANCE AND ATHLETIC TRAINING

INTRODUCTION:

Lancelot Theobald Jr. developed AB-Solute-Fusion® (pronounced Absolute Fusion), a trademarked & registered workout program. His experiences of training to be a professional dancer and his career as a football player in Europe provided the underpinning for this program.

He discovered that there are several common denominators between dance and athleticism. This revelation led him to develop a workout program that would enhance balance, coordination an explosive power. He realized quickly that dance training techniques specifically targeted the muscles that are responsible for improving athletic skill sets unlike sports training which focuses on the overall skill itself.

Three time Pro Bowler and four time Super Bowl Champion, Lynn Swann studied ballet for 14 years. Heisman trophy winners Herschel Walker and Eddie George and Pittsburgh Steelers 325 pound linemen Steve McLendon, to name a few who took dance instruction as well. Words like graceful, light as a feather, agile and powerful were used to describe their athletic skills, the same words used to describe a dancer. This workout program incorporates innovative functional and plyometric exercises along with weight bearing exercises to assist in achieving maximum results.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To assist coaches and their staff, players and or individuals who are interested in improving athletic conditioning focusing on stretching and strengthening the components of the body that are responsible for bringing about superior athleticism.
